Sometimes the decision happens very quickly

During a holiday, I needed to book a hair appointment fairly quickly. I did what most people would do: search online for a nearby place with clear information and an easy way to book.

In the end, I chose one option simply because it was presented well, easy to understand, and looked easy to book in that moment.

A few days later, I happened to discover another professional whose style I liked much more. After talking with him, I understood something important: the reason I had not chosen him had nothing to do with quality.

The reason was something else. He did not place much importance on his online presence and, at the moment I needed to book, that ended up making the difference. When someone wants to book quickly, that detail matters far more than it seems.

That is when KipitPro started to make complete sense to me:
